Our connectors
Connectors are there to link your systems, company and access data to our BoltBee. They provide the link between your store and ERP system, merge manufacturer and supplier data, integrate your IT system or realize other interface projects. In addition, other connectors ensure that the harmonized content can be played out on marketplaces such as Ebay or Amazon, work with other web interfaces (API) or product information management systems (PIM). We have connectors for all your requirements and wishes.

For your online store to work, you need an eCommerce platform – a system through which you can sell your products. In the background, there is always the enterprise resource planning system that holds your resources. To enable these two systems to communicate with each other automatically, connectors are used on our interface.
PIM-System |
PIM systems are often confused with enterprise resource planning systems. However, PIM comprises more than just resources and product information. The PIM includes all relevant data of your eCommerce: images, videos, data sheets in different languages, which the system pulls from CRM or ERP systems, for example. The data is stored target group specific and can be played to different channels, such as online stores or marketplaces. Our connectors play PIM data onto the interface or from the interface into other systems.

With the enterprise resource planning, or ERP system, you plan your resources. Here, personnel can be managed and controlled and the planning of resources, such as capital, material and operating resources can be set up to improve organizational processes. The ERP system also provides space for product information from the areas of materials, purchasing, production, and marketing and sales. We connect your ERP system.
CMS-System |
Users can collaboratively create, edit and manage text and multimedia content with a content management system. From the CMS, the documents or data can be played out on websites or other online services without having to write any code yourself. Unite the work steps of your CMS on our interface with other systems, such as PIM or ERP, to get an overview of all systems.
CRM-System
With the customer relationship management system you control all customer relationship processes of your company, interact with customers and prospects. Customer data such as addresses and e-mails or appointment management can be found here. The goal is to strengthen business relationships, drive processes forward and increase your own profitability. Company departments such as customer support, marketing and sales, but also online retail work with CRM. Connect your CRM system with the BoltBee via the appropriate connector.

The most successful and probably best-known marketplaces are Amazon and eBay. The two sales platforms shape eCommerce in a decisive way, because here you can find almost everything that the consumer can imagine: From clothing to electronics to spare parts of all kinds. Whether new or second-hand – the customer decides. With BoltBee, we connect you to the marketplaces of your choice.

What if your shop system had a chat function for problem solving with the customer? You can run automatic replies from the chat bot via apps that you load into the BoltBee. From there, you simply integrate the app into the respective work step. The appropriate connector on our interface translates the data source so that you don’t notice anything and don’t lose any valuable time.

In order to visualize, manage, and share files such as prices, inventory, photos, and text, they need to be organized and stored in a file-based manner. If you use multiple systems to organize your eCommerce, it’s common for one system to store files differently than the other. Harmonize your TIFF, JPEG, txt, XML and CSV files via BoltBee and make importing and exporting file-based exchange formats easy.

An example of a programming interface, or API for short, is the embedding of Youtube videos in a homepage. APIs make it possible that functions or objects can interact with external systems. But APIs can also be reusable commands or functions within software to simplify the organisation of the code they contain. Our connectors harmonise your interfaces in order to use them for different systems.

In addition to the enterprise resource planning system, you can also use other databases in your company. Files that are thematically related, e.g. customer and address data, invoice, order and purchase order data or other structured information are collected and organised in a database. Using our connectors, you can link various databases to our BoltBee or play information from the interface into your system.
Feedengine
With a feed engine, you place your products automatically on all relevant channels, such as product search engines, marketplaces or social media channels. Applications write your products in a special format in a file and make them available for retrieval via a URL. On the other hand, the URL is regularly called up by marketplaces, such as Google Shopping, and the products are read out in this way. This makes the products visible on other portals. Your customer generation can be increased through this optimized listing and visibility of your products.
